We have recently upgraded our ISO certification to the latest version of ISO 20000-1:2018 assuring to all the international standards of IT service delivery. The scope of work to which we have been certified by The International Organization for Standardization is for Virtualization, cloud computing, enterprise ICT, infrastructure solutions, application software and professional services. We always believe in customer satisfaction, and to ensure the quality of services we provide, becoming ISO certified was important to us. The purpose of this standardization is to streamline our process to deliver better service for our customers.
