Yes. Full Microsoft 365 Copilot is included in E7 for every licensed user. There are no additional per-user Copilot charges, no metered usage caps and no separate Copilot licence to manage. This is a significant advantage — Copilot normally costs $30 per user per month on top of E5, but in E7 it is fully bundled.
No. E7 is available through Microsoft NCE from a single user up to unlimited seats. emtech can license E7 for small teams of 10 users or enterprise deployments of 10,000. Pricing remains the same per-user rate regardless of seat count, though volume discounts may apply for larger commitments. Contact us for an enterprise pricing discussion.
Annual NCE gives you a 12-month commitment with a slight cost advantage over monthly billing. Three-year NCE provides the best price, maximum Microsoft credits and eligibility for certain promotional offers. emtech recommends 3-year for organisations certain of their E7 adoption, and annual for those still in their Copilot rollout phase. We model both scenarios in our free proposal.
